Brake failure indicator light

Just picked put my new 2015 SL last Saturday. As I was leaving the dealership, the brake failure light came on. Turned around immediately and reported the problem. I was told everything had been checked out and that this light just comes on sometime. The light will clear if the engine is turned off, then restarted. Does anyone else have this problem.
