No whine from the rear tire but I do get tranny/diff noise. Nothing I can't live with. When you are sitting right next to the tranny you have to expect a little noise 😉

my dealer said it would go away when the belt breaks in. it seems worse in third gear

Hmm... I hope it does go away. Weird that the only fix is to wait and see if it goes away. That doesn't seem quite right.

just got mine couple days ago and have a loud whining noise coming from the rear belt.... does yours got better???

They tell me it's just part of the belt drive tranny system nature, I have 3500 and its not gone away or deminished at all.
